Thanks Rick! Agreed, there are probably numerous reasons for the Canada-U.S. relative to price differences and certainly Canada didn’t experience the financial crisis issues the U.S. faced. But I’ve observed that just because something seems out of whack, it can stay that way for a long time. I recall appearing on Lang-O’Leary (if you recall that show) probably close to 10 years ago, talking about how Canadian homes were really pricey. If you listened to me then, you’d have missed out on huge price appreciations!
